It’s a half-day experience where groups come out to the farm and are split into teams to take on a series of fun, physical, and problem-solving challenges using real farm-style activities.

Instead of sitting in a meeting room doing icebreakers, you’re:

• working together to cross obstacles

• building things out of natural materials

• racing in relays

• getting a bit muddy and having a laugh

It’s not extreme or intimidating — it’s designed to be:

👉 fun, active, and team-focused

👉 a bit competitive, but mostly about working together

👉 outdoors, relaxed, and very “country”

By the end of the day, teams have:

• worked together

• stepped outside their comfort zone

• had a proper shared experience

• Had the chance to get their names on the record board!
